Chen Chiping, male, Ph.D. in Economics, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is a member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC Hunan; member of the Central Committee of Jiusan Society and its standing committee.
He is now vice president of Hunan Institute of Engineering. He takes charge of Financial Affairs Division, Logistics and Infrastructure Division, and Library; liaises with School of Economics; School of Management.
